One time, a Bear and a Whale became friends.
Bear and the Ladybug“Of course it will work,”said Ladybug. “You’ll just have to live in the ocean. I know a beaver who could fashion an excellent snorkel for you.”
Thinking on the HillBear decided to go to his favorite hill to think. He liked Whale and he thought Whale liked him. “I am going to be friends with Whale,” thought Bear.
Fox Rolling with LaughterFox rolled on his back with laughter when he heard the news. “Bears and whales can’t be friends,” he said, “It’ll never work.” This worried Bear because Fox was pretty smart, so he set out to ask the other animals if a bear and a whale could be friends.

General Petra MannersWhen I came to, I was in the presence of a much gentler creature. Though not very tall, you could feel his power from across the room. Darkest black skin and fur tightly drawn across his body. His arms were something to behold, huge and powerful like thick tree limbs. He too wore the coat of a ringmaster and his eyes seemed as though they had seen more than one life should bear.
